Meet the team
Claudia Guillen, Medical Director
My name is Claudia Guillen, and I am a Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of healthcare experience. I began my nursing career in 2004 and graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. My passion for anatomy, physiology, and acute care led me to complete my Critical Care Certification through the British Columbia Institute of Technology. After more than 10 years of acute and in-hospital experience in areas such as Intensive Care, Emergency, Cardiac Care, Post-Operative Care, Trauma, and Neurosurgery, I went on to complete my Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Athabasca University.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in many areas of healthcare, including Family Practice, Urgent Care, Dermatology, Mental Health, Women’s Health, Medical Weight Loss, ADHD care, and Medical Aesthetics. I have also held leadership roles in Critical Care Outreach and as a Clinical Instructor.
My clinical background and experience performing in-office procedures naturally led me into Medical Aesthetics, where I can combine my medical knowledge, precision, artistry, and love of anatomy. I have completed advanced training in aesthetic injectables, including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, PRP, IV vitamins, medical weight management, and skin health through respected Canadian aesthetic training programs.
In addition to aesthetics, I have a strong clinical interest and experience in ADHD assessment and management. For over 4 years, I have supported patients through comprehensive ADHD assessment, education, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care.
I recognize that ADHD is often misunderstood, missed, or stigmatized, especially in women and adults who have spent years masking or feeling like they are “not trying hard enough.” I am passionate about creating a safe, validating, and evidence-informed space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help patients better understand themselves, reduce shame, improve functioning, and access care that is respectful, individualized, and practical. I am also passionate about women’s health, mental health, medical weight management, and whole-person wellness. I believe health and confidence are influenced by many factors, including nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, mental health, and skin health.
Sabita Ram, Registered Nurse
I have dedicated nearly 20 years of my career to nursing and patient care, with experience spanning emergency nursing, medical-surgical and telemetry care, long-term care, clinical education, leadership, and nursing instruction. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as a Clinical Nurse Educator, Patient Care Coordinator, and Clinical Instructor, helping mentor future nurses while providing compassionate, high-quality care across a variety of healthcare settings.
Since transitioning into aesthetic medicine in 2024, I have found a true passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty and confidence. I hold an Advanced Skin Therapist Diploma from the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, along with certifications in neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers. I specialize in Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, combining advanced aesthetic techniques with personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals. My extensive nursing background provides a strong foundation in patient assessment, safety, and evidence-based care, ensuring every treatment is performed with the highest standards of professionalism and clinical excellence.
I am passionate about building lasting relationships with my clients and helping them look and feel their best. Through ongoing education and advanced training, I remain committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine and delivering exceptional, natural-looking results.
